Casey Anthony Trial & the two verdicts: I sent this to the Casey Anthony Attorneys and to ...: "As a Vet, and a American, I am very upset with the two verdicts, 1, Court Verdict, Constitutional and American, verdict 2, Verdict of Media ..."

I sent this to the Casey Anthony Attorneys and to News Media about the two verdicts..

As a Vet, and a American, I am very upset with the two verdicts, 1, Court Verdict, Constitutional and American, verdict 2, Verdict of Media and Public, UnConstitutional and UnAmerican... The way the Media and the Public is acting because they do not like the verdict that they jury gave in this case, gives them no right to act like they are acting, both Media and Public, they are ranting and raving, making threats and second guessing the Jurors and calling them names, and by doing so they are not only being totally UnAmerican, they are mocking the blood of every soldier that has ever fought and died for this Country and the Constitution it was founded on....and the Judicial System is part of the Constitution, so I have no respect as a Veteran for the News Media, still going on and on of how she is guilty and how she got off with murder and how she will never have a life and how are Judicial System is a failure, thereby angering and inciting and already uniformed, non Constitutional aware Public to continue on acting so unAmerican and inflaming the situation, if the Media, espiecially Nancy Grace, who is a Officer of the Court, was a true believer in the Constitution and Lady Justice as her previous book called our Judicial System, then they would not be doing this kind of inflaming of the public and second guessing the jury or verdict and inciting a already angry mob, vigilanti, style public, futher, thereby causing more evil and bad than that which has already been caused by this case, and if the Christain Media like Nancy Grace want to use her God in this to make her point, then her and other Christains both in Media and in the Public are out and out hypocrits, both American and Christain hypocrits, because they would know if they were truly a Christain, that if Casey did this to Caylee, then she will answer for it...
But this is what I sent to Attoney's and to the so called Media..
ATTORNEY JOSE BAEZ, I THINK U R THE BEST ADVOCATE AND LAWYER I HAVE EVER SEEN, AND PLEASE TELL MR MASON HE IS A GREAT SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN AND OH SO RIGHT ABOUT THE MEDIA, WHO IS EVEN NOW INSITING, MOB RULE AND ANGERING PEOPLE TO NOW MAKE THEM WANT TO HURT CAYCEE AND HER FAMILY, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT AMERICANS FOR THEY ARE NOT RESPECTING OUR CONSTITUTION, OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM, AND I AM A VET AND THEY ARE MOCKING THE BLOOD OF EVERY SOLDIER THAT HAS DIED FIGHTING FOR THIS CONSTITUTION AND OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM AND RIGHTS AS A DEFENDENT, SO I THANK U AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM, AND I DO HOPE WE GET WHAT U SAID, THAT WE GET RID OF DEATH PENALTY BECAUSE MOST HUMANS HAVE EVOLVED BEYONE BEING ABLE TO MURDER ANOTHER HUMAN BEING,EVEN IF IT IS LEGAL MURDER, SO KUDDO'S MR BAEZ,CAYCEE WAS BLESSED TO HAVE U AS HER ATTORNEY AND I WISH U AND HER ALL THE BEST.AND I THANK U AS A NATIVE AMERICAN, A GROUP OF PEOPLE'S, THAT KNOWS FOR SURE THIER IS NO JUSTICE IN AMERICA....

The Jury's verdict was only fair one they could give, why 1,although a motive is not needed to convict the prosecution brought a bogus motive into this case, not Jose Baez,  and prosecutors, not only brought the motive in themselves, they did not prove motive, anyone can see that if Casey did not want Caylee she could have walked away and her parents would have taken Caylee, 2. duct tape as weapon, no why best medical examiner in world said even with that duct tape in water, that if it was put on Caylee before death, it still would have had some DNA on duct tape fibers, and with meter reader picking up bag and dropping skull and lying, the duct tape may have moved so that tainted the crime scene and made it unreliable as to how it was before he did what he did, and with the two private investigators trampling around crime scene, that tainted whatever evidence was there, and then the severe storm that came through and futher rearranged things in the crime scence, so no reliable evidence from tainted crime scene to prove duct tape whas murder weapon, and Prosecutors gave nothing but maybe's, 3. no cause of death, no dna, no fingerprints, no eye witness.  I have gone over and over this and I still can not say what happened with any certainity what happened to Caylee, so if the motive is not there, if duct tape is unreliable by best medical examiner in world, and no cause of death, no dna, no finger prints, no eye witness and a buncy of unreliabe circumstantial crime scene evidence, how could that Prosecution, ever think someone could put someone to death, with really nothing, the only thing I believe is Caylee was in trunk, she was dumped, but it could have been a accident and because of the previous violence of both of Casey's parents on her, I think she covered accident up, because she was more afraid of what her parents, espiecially father would do to her physically, so that is why she lied and covered it up and blocked it out, and also Casey was not born the way she is, I am a survivor of sexual abuse and something happened in Caseys life that made her a pathological liar and able to completely block things out of her mind, which is what I can do, also George Anthony's x wife went on Dr Drew and said, George was a good man but a liar, and maybe Cayce got his lying gene, and my shrink told me we can inheret personality traits and mental defects and mental illness, so with all this how can any one have convicted her. And what really makes me mad, is this, because of the actions of the Media and mob mentality public, gave me the feeling that we have two jurys in America, and one can be as bad or as good, but the one playing out in Media and outraged publicis uconstitutional and apparently they are to dumb to understand the thier own constitution so they left me with this inpression of our Country and Our Constititution and Our Judicial System..  1. you are not innocent until proven guilty, u r guilty until proven innocent, and in this case the public and media have deemed her guilty. 2, I learned that if a prosecutor thinks your guilty they willl do whatever to prove u guilty, at the exclusion of everything else and not follow up on any other theory or info that would exclude u, or disprove what they think happened or wanted to believe happened.3, The very public that says they are Americans, are out there still calling Casey a baby killer, sending her and her family death threats, well they are not Americans, because they are going against the constitution and judicial system that worked here wether they liked the verdict or not, and for any of them making threats to kill the Anthony family or Caycee, they are no better than what they are still determined to label her, they are killers,4. I learned that the Media is a biased, propaganda, inciteful machine. 5, I learned that the publicly professed Christians and Nancy Grace a definate self professing Christains, are hypocrits and don't believe in thier own God or his teachings, for they have made themselves, God, judge and jury, and don't believe in their God enough to know that if Casey did this, she will face thier God one day and will answer, so they have mocked our Country, our Constitution, Soldiers and thier God, but most of all I agree with Jose Baez,  if anything good comes out of this, that is should be, that we are only civilized country with death penalty and that the death penalty is wrong, and we should do away with it, because most people have evolved beyond being able to put another human to death even if it is so called or blindly unGodly unjust, legal murder, as a Native American, we know that only Creator has the right to take life and no one else not even goverment, I have never been able to understand, the one main point that Jose Baez made, that the goverment should not killl thier citizens, because I have always asked myself, why do we have to kill people, to show people, we are not supposed to kill people, so to me if justice did not come to Caylee, it is because of the overcharging, no real evidence, prosecutors that were way off the grid, of where most evolved humans are. and every American Indian, I have talked to over three thousand NDN's and they  have said thumbs up to Mr Jose Baez, because Creator won when that verdict came in, because Creator does not sanction murder, even goverment murder and if Caycee did it, we as Niative Americans walk our Spiritual Walk and know that Creator will judge her for that, if she did it one day....sorry so long, but so much to say from a person that is looking at this like jurors are supposed to, at the evidence, not with hyped emotions like the people in Orlando and other places are doing, that won't except their own judicial system and still want to get their pound of blood and mob rule,by wanting to hurt Caycee, they are un American and our mocking the blood of all Soldiers, who have ever fought for this Constitution and Goverment, and like I said I agree with what Mr Baez said, I hope this brings the end to the death penalty and leave that to Creator,the giver of life to take, not inhumans,,,by Betty
