Well Hellhole Unconstitutional Vet hating Swainsboro Georgia, when I think they can't get worse, they just keep proving me wrong, They don't give a dam about Vet's here, as they taze and arrest them for disorderly conduct, just for acting in a State of PTSD, they go through service to their country, so they have two unconstitutional laws, one that makes it illegal to do things their Christian Bible says is wrong and by doing so they Discrminate against me as a Native American Cheorkee, because the things they outlawed are and have been part of our NDN traditions long before they came her, and a law that says no profanity, abusive language or obscene gestures, so this take everyone's freedom of speech away and the one they use to rack Veterans up, who are just acting like this in the PTSD state, so I have been fighting to get these unconstitutional laws taken away, I filed DOJ Dicrimination and Civil Rights compaint against the City, after I asked Mayor Schwabe to not dishonor Vets and remove it, but he would not, so I was then going to go before City Council because they are ones who put it in, well I am from Florida and here in rascist, Vet hating, Swainsboro Georgia, you have to call and talk to City Commisioner and tell him what you want to talk about and get permission, so I called assrat, Al Lawson City Commisioner and told him I wanted to speak to council about the two unconstitutional laws, one that discriminates against me as a Native American by making it illegal to do what is our Constititional Freedom of Religion an under the American Indian Religious Act of 1978, and for the one taking everyone's freedom of speech away, I had already sent Mayor Schwabe 30 supreme court rulings on freedom of speech, to show how broad that right is, but he didn't care, I have sent them the American Indian Act and the Religious rulings that Wicca is a religion,  Assrat Al Lawson, make it clear he doesn't give a dam about the United States Constitution or the Bill of rights, so I informed him that their own Georgia Constitution says the same thing on these rights, but instead of giving me time to speech, he decided to be a incompetent, unprofessional ass and instead put me down, mock me by saying My dad served in World War 2 and he didn't fight for the right for you to cuss, " this I just chalked up to the fact that they are so dam backwards and stupid here, that he missed the whole dam point, that is was not the right to cuss I was going after but the right of speech,"  because you and cops are using this unconstitutional law to taze and rack up and arrest Vet's who are cussing because they are in a mental state they can't help and got so his sorry ass could arrest Vet for the very rights they fight and die for, so he put me down, then he said I bet you like Obama's health care law, I said I don't know what that has to do with me speaking at council, but I answered and said, that is President Obama and I am fine with his healthcare, and I go futher, I believe that since this is the richest country in the world, because your ancestors killed 80 million American Indians and stole our land, then your ancestors where to dam lazy to work the land they stole so they stole africans from their land to work the land they stole and now that they are no longer slaves, you don't want to give them or the poor that the rich make their money off a dam thing, So I told him I go futher than  President Obama, I believe that every human being born should have the right to health care, food, sheltor and a free college education if they graduate, that is only way to stop the recycling of assholes like him, but noooooooooooooo they don't want to educate us American Indians or Mexicans or Blacks, for then their abused power here in Swainsboro Georgia that they run like their Modern Plantation, and all except the founding families, those in power and the wealthy control everyone here like their new slaves and make unconstitutional laws and make them live by them, then they have only one public defender that has everyone cop to any charges, so this is their new way of taking minorities and what they consider poor white trash voting rights away or food stamps if it is a drug charge, so no good due process or good legal representation, the people just plead out then get forever in their probation system and they milk them dry over and over and over, so I said, I believe in more social programs than President Obama and he smirked when I said, yes I am a Hippie from the 60's and a liberal social democrat, so he made a off the cuff remark about me being a socialist and I was going to downgrade myself by arquing with the idiot Al Lawson, so to hell with do nothing, Vet hating, closest rascist Al Lawson and  Mayor and the City Council of Swiansboro Georgia and to Governor Deal, who I wrote to many times abuot this, but he doesn't give a dam and hasn't done anything to remove these unconstitutional laws and give freedom and equal justice to the citizens here, so I will NOT OBEY THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS, I WILL SPEAK OUT, I WILL BE A CHEROKEE WITCH AND DO ALL THE THINGS THEY SAY I CAN'T AND THEN WHEN THEY PUT ME IN THAT UNSANTITARY INHUMANE JAIL OF THIERS BECAUSE I HAVE A RARE DEADLY DISEASE WHERE I CAN'T BE AROUND ANYTING UNATURAL OR IT WILL KILL ME, THEN MY CHILDREN CAN SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM, THEN MAYBE VET'S AND THE CITIZENS OF THIS TOWN CAN LIVE IN A CONSTITUTIONAL, FREE, EGUAL LAW FOR ALL CITY INSTEAD OF THE HELLHOLE MODERN PLANTATION IT IS NOW
But then AssRat Al Lawson had the audacity to say, " I honor Vet's, we just put up a Memorial Wall for all soldiers who fought and died," and once again I seen he just isn't bright enough to get the point, So I put a sign up in my yard, as I do with other things they do and said to assrat Al Lawsoon, your dam Memorial Wall don't honor those Soldiers, for they fought for the Constitution of the United States and the God Given Bill of Rights and the Republic for which it stands and when you made unconstitutional laws, you went against what their names on that Wall was all about, and you Mock the Blood of Every Soldier on that Wall, but still they just don't give a dam here, for they have cops that fly rebel flags and founding families and connected and rich, now ruling thier new Plantation and that Plantation is in it's modern way as unfree and unfair and unequal as thier evil plantations from long ago, they just use uncosntitutional laws, bad cops, filthy jails, no good legal representation and constant pay probation instead of the slave whiip of long ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,And the bad part of this,, is that this is how it still is in small towns in the south like this one or the kkk, skinhead town of Kite Georgia 3 miles from here, where only 1 black family lives and all blacks fear to go, So when the dam Shawn Hannity and Bill O'Reilly's of Fox news say, they are not rascist towards President Obama or to most blacks, they don't know what the hell they are talking about, I dare Shawn Hannity or Bill O'Reilly to send a undercover black to live here and see how rascist and backwards and unconstitutional  and how mistreated the citizens not part of the New Plantation Owners have to put up with and live with in this hellhole Swainsboro Georgia with assrats like Al Lawson, Mayor, Cops, City Council, Emanuel County Sheriff mistreating all citizens but really mocking all Soldiers and Vets, by them believing they must be God, for they are taking the Bill of Rights, the US Constitution said was given to all citizens by God, sp they are fake non patriotic, Vet abusing, incompetent, non caring, fake dam Christians, just like they have been since their ancestors brought their ass here and after us American Indians fed them throught the winter they gave us small pox infested blankets and killed 80 million NDN's and took our land and those ancestors anchor babies like assrat Al Lawson, r still doing evil in Gods Name like they did when their ancestors came here with their bible and their guns and Mocked and used their own God, just like they do nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww WAKE UP AMERICANS FOR THE ELITE RULE, YOU ONLY HAVE THE FREEDOMS THEY ALLOW  YOU TO HAVE AND NO MORE AND SOON YOU WON'T HAVE THAT......

Well just when I thought Swainsboro Georgia & it's elite leaders & unconstitutinal laws could not get worse they did

Today my Son and his girlfriend go to see about getting a court appointed lawyer, because they where arrested on July 3rd because some old Georgian woman said they stole a plant, now my Son was drunk and said he may have done it, but I know that his girlfriend did not as she was walking my dog and when police came and got them she had my dog, that is when cops almost killed me, by taking my constitutional rights away by their unconstitutional city ordinances that say you can't raise your voice to or cuss or give obscene gesture to anyone and most of all not a public official, but this is unconstittutional and has been ruled on over and over by Supreme court, that says this is our right of freedom of speech, and expression, but as one cop here hat came at me a Vet with severe PTSD and sent me into a severe PTSD state then when I acted out in that state by cussing and yelling they where going to arrest me and I have a rare disease that makes me homebound as my body thinks everything unnatural is a enemy and sends allergy cells to fight them and I can go into allergic shock and die, and when I told this second cop that put me in worse PTSD state than cops on the 3rd of July did, I  said, here is all the rulings saying that me cussing or yelling or shotting u the bird has been ruled Constitutional  and he said we don't care about what the dam about the Supreme Court, that is when I knew that once again as I did in my Hippie 60 days, I would have to be a activist again, this time for all the poor here that are cluless to their rights or have no means to fight for their rights and because this town racks the poor up and provokes Vet's into a PTSD state and then takes the very rights that every solldier that has ever fought, died for, been maimed or mentally damaged like me and racks them up with charges and arrest them and take them to jail, so Swainsboro Georgia and it's elite leaders that make these unconstitutional laws and the rogue cops that uphold the unconstitutional laws here, instead of following their first and main oath of defending the Constitution of the United States of America, so the elite leaders here and cops Mock the Blood of all Soldiers that fought for all peoples and for all of America, not just elite unconstitutional Georgians,

But what I learned today, makes me say WTF did I get myself into when moving from Florida to this backwards small Georgia towns that care nothing about the US Constitution or Vet's or the poor,
For they first told my Son, you can't have a court appointed lawyer for a felony and I spoke up and said oh no wrong, Constitution says if anyone is facing jail time they can have a court appointed laywer, so guy then gave my Son, and THIS REALLY GETS ME, to go to the just one public defender they have here for the whole dam county, no wonder people go through that court like cattle either pleading out or being racked up, for that is what she told my Son, just to cop to it, and that's ok, because he may have done it, but his girlfriend did not, yet she is having to plead guilty to something, just so this town want get mad that they had to give here a court appointed lawyer and pay for it and by doing so they get mad and will rack her worse, this is so dam wrong and so very unconstitutional and happens every day here to blacks and poor and Vet's, and that is why Swainsboro Georgia should be shamed to death, and no young man or woman should join military in this part of Georgia for they will never get the rights given to them, that all soldiers fight for, So SHAME ON YOU SWAINSBOOR GEORGIA MAYOR SCHWABE, CITY COUNCIL SHERIFF, AND  CHIEF OF SWAINSBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT RANDY ELLISON

Then to top that off, I find out that cops didn't read my Son or his girlfriend their Miranda rights, and they don't read them, but if you go to court and say cops here didn't read them to you, the cops will swear a oath they did, but then remember this is same cops, that take their first Oath to uphold and protect the United States Constitution and not Swainsbooro Georgia's unconstitional ordinances, ordinances that take my Native America Cherokee Spiritual practices away from me, but I am going to disobey all of their unconstittutional ordinances and when they put me in jail, I will then take it to the Supreme Court and then the cops that said they don't care about what Supreme Court rules, WILL, and the elite Georgians and thier rogue cops, will as in all the other cases such as this, will be told by Supreme Court they are wrong and then I will change this place to a better place, a constitutional place, a place where they do not MOCK the Blood of every soldier that fights, and if this is my destiny to fight as I did in the Hippie 60's in my now age 60's, then I will die fighting for justice and freedom for all Vets and all people and not the elite few or the rogue cops that do the New Plantation Masters biddings,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This blog is dedicated to all the Trayvon Martins and Vets with PTSD and the minorities and poor who are getting their civil rights taken or abused, police brutality, judicial misconduct, racial injustice and corrupt city, state Public officials, unconstitutional ordinances and unconstitutional rogue cops that enforse them. This started because when I moved to this backward rascist, unjust, unconstitutional police city Swainsboro Georgia, it was so bad in the laws they pass and the way they treat Vet’s as me with PTSD and minorities and judicial and public official abuse and misconduct, it was so bad I had to start this page, Because as is with most all groups of Citizens listed above, I was not rich enough to sue to get justice and now must live as a prisoner in my own house, as a result of the unconstitutional city ordinances, public officials, jail and rogue cops that abuse and misuse their power here and they did this to me a 61 year old female Vet, with severe PTSD and two deadly diseases, both which can cause me to go medically psychotic and die when stressed, and cops here acting on unconstitutional laws, almost killed me on July 3rd and 6th of 2013, just because I raised my voice and cussed at a officer, who provoked me into a PTSD and psychotic state. Then on 6th again they where going to arrest me for disorderly conduct for exercising my freedoms I fought for, that cop was so agressive he sent me into a total mental, emotional and physical meltdown, if I had not ran to my part of house and called VA hotline, they would have taken me to thier jail, where I would have died because of this rare disease, as I am homebound, because this disease makes it where I cannot breathe, wear, eat or drink anything with chemicals, pesticides, perservatives or additives, so if I had not had the foresight to call Va hotline, the rogue cops here, would have taken me to jail that is filthy and it would have killed me, all because I exercised my freedoms of speech and expression, they did this the same night to a Black Vet for the second time, last year they arrested and tazed him for same thing, I tried to talk to Chief of Police Randy Allison and to Mayor Schwabe of Swainsboro Police department, but they used the excuse that their officers where acting under unconstitutional ordinances and therefore where only doing their job. Then I wrote to Mayor Schwabe, he did nothing, but defend his officers, So in order to maybe find a way to change this town, keep them from provoking any Vet here into a PTSD state and then arresting them and taking their civil liberties they fought for, and to keep them from rascial injustice towards minorities, mentally ill and poor, until I find a way to make them change and take them to task for what they did to me and so many others here, I decided to use the maybe only freedom we have left, the internet, so that all who are being treated like this, and all Vet’s who have PTSD and are being provoked into a PTSD state by unconstitutional ordinances or laws and rogue cops who enforse them, and for the mentally ill  and poor being racked up for the least of things, with no recourse because of a lack of money, and racial discrimination at least here, we can call these Unconstitutional Police Cities and Rogue abusing cops and freedom rights taking public officials to task, by Naming and Shaming them on internet, so that when someone else decides to come to these kind of backwards, unconstitutional, rascist, unjust, rogue cop cities, they may be able to read about them first, when we all come to my page here and Name and Shame the towns, the public officials, the unconstitutional laws and rogue cops, maybe then, they will feel our pain and see the shame and realize that no one, not them or their money or connections or postitons of power, allow them to operate above the Constitution of America, that all Soldiers fight for, for in truth,  Swiansboro Georgia and Kite Georgia by the unconstitutional and unjust way, they treat Vets, who pay the ultimate price in death or physical loss or mentally damaged, this town and all like it, mock the blood of every Soldier that has ever fought and died for this United States Constitution, that their own ancestors put into place,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,My wish for this page is that many many will report abuse of power, rogue cops, filthy agressive ran jails and unconstitutional laws, so that maybe if enough of us do this, we can Name and Shame them and Stop them, thank you Betty Sullivan RoundHead

Man Beaten: After Finding Son Dead

A Hippie of the 60's journey from outhouses, to the outer limits of technology and Quantum Physics

I decided to start this new titled blog, for as I get older, I see where I was born in a time so much like the real old days, without indoor plumbing and tv's and none of the high tech things we have today, and I was born in Era to be a true Hippie of the 60's, which we are the reason mostly for the great and numerous tech stuff we have and we Hippie's did save quantum physics and are now making it not only a reality, but the SciFi reality of our youth, a reality in our old  age, I will also post many of my numerous writings and thoughts and teachings, that I post on FaceBook and Myspace and other blogs, so it can be seen how it trully is for us Hippie's of the 60's, from no indoor bathrooms, to high tech everything and yes greatest of all the Science that will bring about such awesome discoveries that it will bring about a major Paradigm Shift and challenge everything we ever thought we knew about everything, and about my subjects of great interest to me, with my American Indian People and Spiritual teachings and journeys I have traveled in the unique times I was born into and the even more unique times, I now live my old age in.......................

So I hope many take this journey with me and share their thoughts on this or about this, if they have also have come from outhouses to the outer limits of technology and Quantum Science
